Job Summary
Lead the team in achieving sales revenue goals while ensuring new members are oriented to company expectations. Assess personnel competency, evaluate performance against quality workmanship standards, and oversee daily scheduling assignments. Set behavioral expectations to maintain morale, delegate tasks, and translate requirements into prioritized plans. Participate in incident investigations, report on workforce productivity and revenue generation, and recommend transfers or promotions to drive targeted quota objectives. Maintain high customer satisfaction records and foster a positive work environment through active teamwork and problem-solving.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in the Plumbing trade
- Hands-on experience as a qualified and competent plumber
- license
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Proven success in driving revenue and achieving targeted quotas
- Outstanding leadership skills
