Job Summary
Lead trenchless sewer and drain lining installations by performing pre- and post-installation camera inspections, cleaning pipelines with hydro jetting and root cutting, and measuring, preparing, and installing CIPP liners per manufacturer specs. Operate specialized equipment including inversion drums, curing systems, and inspection cameras while monitoring curing processes and troubleshooting field challenges. Lead and mentor field crews, serve as the primary onsite contact for customers, and maintain all trucks, tools, and installation equipment. Ensure full compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies. Complete job documentation and project updates using ServiceTitan. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout Oklahoma required.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in plumbing, drain cleaning, trenchless sewer rehabilitation, underground utilities, or a related trade.
- Field leadership experience in construction, plumbing, utilities, or service operations.
- Experience operating power tools and rehabilitation equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to read inspection reports, measurements, and project specifications.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Willingness to travel frequently throughout Oklahoma.
