Job Summary
Lead trenchless sewer and drain lining installations from start to finish, overseeing field crews and operating specialized equipment like inversion drums and curing systems. Perform pre- and post-installation camera inspections, clean pipelines with hydro jetting and root cutting, and measure, prepare, and install CIPP liners per manufacturer specifications. Troubleshoot field challenges, lead and mentor crew members, and serve as the primary onsite contact for customers and internal teams. Complete job documentation in ServiceTitan, maintain trucks and tools, and ensure compliance with OSHA standards and industry best practices. Travel frequently throughout Oklahoma, including Oklahoma City, Tulsa, and Stillwater.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in plumbing, drain cleaning, trenchless sewer rehabilitation, underground utilities, or a related trade.
- Field leadership experience in construction, plumbing, utilities, or service operations.
- Experience operating power tools and rehabilitation equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to read inspection reports, measurements, and project specifications.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Willingness to travel frequently throughout Oklahoma.
