Job Summary
Instructs program participants in plumbing trade skills using approved curriculum; develops curriculum and training materials as needed; coordinates hands-on training activities on-site and in community projects; demonstrates proper tool and equipment use with emphasis on safety (OSHA 10); assists with student recruitment, placement, and employability training; mentors and coaches students; fosters relationships with funders, program partners, and personnel; performs administrative duties and reporting; ensures proper storage and security of tools and equipment; adheres to safety protocols; participates in outreach and employer relationship development.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Journeyman-level experience in plumbing
