Job Summary
Plumbing Installer responsible for installing residential plumbing systems according to specifications and blueprints. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings, collaborate with team to complete projects safely and efficiently, and deliver excellent customer service with a professional demeanor. Maintain safety practices and a clean work environment while meeting industry standards. The role supports growth within a team-focused company that offers competitive compensation and benefits, including paid training and PTO. Requires 2+ years of installation experience (preferred), a plumbing license or certification is a plus, and a valid driver’s license with a clean record. Must be able to read technical documents, communicate effectively, work independently and with others, and pass background checks and drug screening. Minimum age 21. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of residential plumbing installation experience preferred
- Relevant plumbing license or certification is a plus
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to read and interpret plumbing blueprints and technical documents
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Minimum age of 21 years
