Lead residential plumbing installs with precision and professionalism, including water filtration and softener installs, sewer repairs and repipes, water line repairs, water heater replacements, PRV installations, and HydroJetting. Licensed Journeyman with a state-issued license and 3+ years of experience. Must bring tool proficiency, read blueprints, knowledge of NEC codes, and strong customer communication to maintain high quality workmanship. Role emphasizes billable efficiency and contributes to a unified team culture; opportunities for advancement to roles such as Lead Installer or Trainer. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant residential plumbing experience
- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Plumbing License (Required)
- Background check and drug screen
- 21 years or older
- Strong communication skills
