Job Summary
Install and service water treatment products at commercial and residential locations, testing equipment to ensure proper functionality. Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues while adhering to standard operating procedures and safety protocols. Interact with customers to explain installation processes, answer questions, and provide training on product maintenance. Maintain accurate records of installations and troubleshooting steps, including pictures. Operate service vehicles safely, load and unload equipment, and complete required vehicle inspections. This role involves traveling to customer sites in various environments, including tight spaces like crawl spaces, and requires physical capability to lift up to 100lbs. Full-time Monday-Friday schedule with on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License with no restrictions or limitations
- At least 18 years of age or older
- Ability to successfully pass, and maintain, an acceptable driving record check
- Ability to safely operate a commercial vehicle daily for approximately 8-10 hours
- Ability to successfully pass criminal background check and drug screening checks
- Physical capability to perform the duties required of the position
