Job Summary
Lead and support the plumbing installation team to ensure high-quality workmanship, efficiency, and an outstanding customer experience. Oversee day-to-day field operations, coach technicians, and ensure jobs are completed safely and to company standards. Role includes booking installs, pulling permits, scheduling inspections, conducting QA calls, and collecting payments. Collaborate with the Install Coordinator and leadership to drive productivity and a seamless operation from start to finish; supervise install technicians, perform ride-alongs and quality inspections, and ensure adherence to safety codes. Maintain customer satisfaction and drive revenue through effective communication, planning, and problem solving. Comfortable using dispatch systems, CRM platforms, and mobile tools; desire to build a high-performing team and develop personnel.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in plumbing or home services with installation experience required
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Experience with permitting processes and scheduling inspections preferred
