Job Summary
Install and maintain pipes, water distribution systems, and wastewater disposal while responding to emergency calls for clogged drains, broken lines, and frozen pipes. Locate and mark pipe connection positions in walls and floors, then fill systems with water or air to verify pressure and detect leaks. Maintain parts inventory and distribution according to contract requirements. This full-time role in Farmington, MI requires a driver's license and one year of plumbing experience.
Required Qualifications
- Able to continually climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl.
- A general understanding of piping practices, drainage systems, and heating equipment.
- The ability to use, repair, and maintain machines and tools.
- Knowledge of building and construction.
- Thorough and detail oriented.
- Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work
- Driver's License
