Job Summary
Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in clean, working condition while keeping job sites organized and assisting with clean-up throughout service and installation work. Assist plumbers with plumbing repairs, installations, and pipe work under supervision, and help prepare job sites and materials as directed. Support underground plumbing work including digging, trenching, and line repairs, and interact professionally with homeowners and city officials when needed. Perform general labor tasks to support plumbing technicians. This role provides hands-on experience and training with opportunities to grow into a Plumbing Technician or Service Plumber role. Full-time, year-round work with insurance access after 31 days of employment.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments including digging and lifting equipment
- Ability to work evenings and weekends when needed with minimal supervision
Desired Qualifications
- Plumbing or drain cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Previous work experience
- Strong work ethic
- Solid interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
