Plumbing Foreman

Plumbing Foreman supervises and leads the plumbing team (Journeymen and apprentices) during construction activities, ensuring work stays within budget and schedules. Responsible for coordinating with internal and external personnel to establish job priorities, communicating schedules and priorities on-site, ordering materials, conducting daily inspections, maintaining documentation, ensuring timely and efficient project completion, coordinating with other departments to meet timelines, mentoring apprentices, and ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with procedures and codes. Also responsible for reporting status to superintendents/project managers, guiding teammates, and maintaining necessary plans, shop drawings, spool sheets, materials, and tools.
