Job Summary
Lead commercial plumbing projects on-site by directing crews, coordinating daily field activities, ensuring installations meet code and quality standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget. Read and interpret blueprints and specifications, manage schedules and field decisions, and maintain safety and regulatory compliance across varied weather and site conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Journeyman or Master Plumber license (preferred or required depending on jurisdiction)
- Minimum of 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience
- Proven experience leading crews and managing commercial job sites
- Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, materials, and installation methods
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications
- Solid understanding of local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass aptitude test, background check and drug screening
