Job Summary
Oversee and coordinate the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems on commercial construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with codes and specifications. Supervise assigned crew members, plan labor and equipment allocation, and interpret blueprints to determine work methods. Conduct daily inspections, maintain accurate logs and safety documentation, and resolve issues through weekly job site meetings. Provide hands-on training to apprentices and journeyman plumbers while enforcing company policies and safety procedures. Manage subcontractors and provide accurate job completion projections. Requires five years of commercial plumbing experience, valid Florida driver's license, and ability to lift 50 pounds frequently.
