Plumbing Estimator / Project Manager

Job Summary
Review drawings and specifications for commercial tenant improvement projects, then perform material and labor takeoffs to prepare accurate estimates and vendor proposals. Manage awarded projects from startup to completion by coordinating schedules, tracking job costs, and overseeing submittals and change orders while attending site meetings. Maintain strong communication with general contractors, owners, and field crews to ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards across tech, medical, R&D, and food service sectors. This role supports Motive Workforce's growing commercial division in fast-paced construction environments.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in commercial plumbing estimating and/or project management
- Strong understanding of commercial plumbing systems and construction workflows
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Comfortable managing multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Bluebeam
- Proficient in Excel
- Proficient in Procore
- Proficient in project management software
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug test prior to employment
- Must be willing to submit to an MVR report - No DUIs or more than 2 points on a driving record
