Job Summary
Assist senior design staff in executing technical activities, performing basic computer-based engineering calculations, system design functions, and design analyses using Revit and CADD. Support the project team in producing designs on time and within budget while reading blueprints, interpreting schematics, and coordinating with other disciplines to determine equipment needs. Accompany staff on job site visits to investigate field conditions and monitor progress against design specifications and building codes. Actively attend internal and external training opportunities to learn industry standards, technical policies, and engineering theories required for project success.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering from an ABET accredited college
- Knowledge of industry specific software (i.e., Revit and AutoCAD)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Knowledge of engineering theories and methodologies
