Job Summary
Design plumbing and fire protection systems, including calculations of water, gas, sanitary/sewer, and storm loads. Develop project specifications and contract drawings from Schematics through Construction Documents. Perform site evaluations, attend meetings with clients and project teams, and provide construction administration including reviewing submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and change orders. Proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT; Elite Fire Hydraulic Calculations Software; strong communication and technical writing skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
