Job Summary
Lead and develop Plumbing and Electrical department leaders while driving operational performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Partner with the General Manager to execute strategic initiatives, monitor key metrics, and implement continuous improvement systems. Collaborate with dispatch, sales, and field teams to optimize performance and support recruiting and retention efforts. Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are consistently maintained across both growing departments. This role offers autonomy to shape the future of two service lines within a national organization, backed by leadership development and access to best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of leadership experience in service-based industries
- Proven success leading teams and achieving operational and financial goals
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing people
- Experience driving accountability, performance improvement, and team engagement
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience utilizing data and KPI-driven decision-making
Desired Qualifications
- ServiceTitan or related software experience is a plus
- Trades experience is helpful but not required
