Job Summary
Recruit, interview, and train technicians to meet workload demands while supervising staff to ensure effective and efficient performance. Maximize team efficiency through enhanced analytics and direct interaction, and develop relationships within key business areas. Identify business development and customer service opportunities to maximize market growth in the surrounding area, introducing new initiatives to maintain further growth. Create alignment between corporate goals and individual objectives while demonstrating strong communication skills and emotional intelligence. Maintain efficient department operations through direct leadership and coaching.
