Job Summary
Diagnose and clear drain and sewer line issues using cameras and locating equipment; operate drain snakes and hydro-jetters to remove blockages; identify root causes and recommend solutions to homeowners; perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance on residential plumbing systems; maintain clean, protected workspaces in customers’ homes; document work with photos, notes, and reports; keep the truck stocked and organized; deliver a 5-star customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Background check and drug screen upon offer
- Plumbing license (Journeyman or higher)
- Experience with drain cleaning, sewer cameras, locating equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
