Job Summary
Launch and lead the Plumbing Division from the ground up by establishing service standards, operating procedures, and quality expectations for residential and commercial work. Build and manage the division by hiring, training, and developing plumbing technicians while coordinating scheduling, dispatch, and equipment assignments. Oversee daily operations across Northern California, monitor job quality and customer satisfaction, and resolve field challenges to ensure reliable service delivery. Own division performance by reviewing financial results, establishing pricing strategies, and managing labor and material costs to drive revenue growth and profitability.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed journey-level plumber with verifiable California plumbing experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing a plumbing crew, team, or division
- Residential and commercial plumbing service experience
- Ability to work independently, make decisions, and build processes in a growing company
- Ability to work on-site in Chico, California and travel to service locations as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Active C-36 Plumbing Contractor License preferred
- Experience launching a new plumbing division, branch, or service operation
- Experience building operating procedures and training programs
- Experience managing a profitable service department or business unit
- Experience working with both residential and commercial customers
- Experience supporting a growing field-service organization
- Experience managing technicians in a service-based environment
