Job Summary
Plumbing Designer on our MEP Engineering team responsible for analysis, design, and system selection for building applications with senior guidance, ensuring code conformance and sustainability goals. Lead design documentation, BIM models, drawings, and specifications, coordinate permitting/submittals with local agencies, and participate in feasibility, early planning, design development, construction, and post-occupancy activities. Provide mentorship to junior team members and collaborate with architecture, sustainability, construction, and other consultants to deliver integrated projects while communicating technical solutions and performance objectives aligned with client goals, schedule, and budget. Also engage in ongoing professional development and industry events to enhance skills.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or technical degree required
- 4-8 years of related plumbing design experience
