Job Summary
Experienced Plumbing Detailer to develop coordinated 3D plumbing system models (Revit, Fabrication CADmep) and prepare shop drawings, spool sheets, and installation details for Nashville-area projects. Collaborates with lead detailer and project team to resolve clashes using Navisworks Manage; incorporates design intent drawings, specifications, and field input into constructable models; supports design-build/design-assist workflows and prefabrication efforts. Must have working knowledge of plumbing/mechanical design and installation practices, proficiency in Navisworks Manage, Fabrication CADmep, AutoCAD/AutoCAD MEP, and Revit, plus familiarity with Bluebeam and MS Office; ability to follow directions from senior staff and maintain attention to detail; field installation or prefabrication experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Working Knowledge of plumbing and mechanical system design, layout, and installation practices
- Proficiency in Navisworks Manage, Fabrication CADmep, AutoCAD, AutoCAD MEP, and Revit
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam for documentation and markups
- Ability to follow directions from senior detailers and project leadership while maintaining attention to detail
- Construction field installation or prefabrication/shop experience highly preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to continuously learn and refine technical skills
