Plumbing Designer

Job Summary
Design plumbing and fire protection systems, including calculations of water, gas, sanitary/sewer, and storm loads. Develop project specifications. Perform site evaluations. Attend meetings with clients and project teams. Develop contract drawings from Schematics through Construction Documents. Prepare filing drawings. Provide construction administration, including reviewing submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and change orders. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT, strong Elite Fire Hydraulic Calculations Software skills, and excellent communication and technical writing skills.
