Job Summary
Plumbing Designer needed to design plumbing systems (water, gas, sanitary/sewer, and storm loads), develop contract drawings from schematics through construction documents, and create project specifications. Responsibilities include performing site evaluations, participating in client and project team meetings, and handling construction administration duties such as reviewing submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and change orders. Proficiency in AutoCAD is required and Revit is highly preferred; Associate's Degree in design is preferred but not required; 2+ years of plumbing design experience in commercial/institutional projects (including healthcare or K-12) is desired.
