Job Summary
Model plumbing systems and coordinate with other disciplines using Autodesk Revit for mission-critical data center projects. Develop detailed layouts, schematics, and construction drawings for domestic water, sanitary waste, and storm drainage systems while performing sizing calculations. Produce coordinated BIM models and technical documentation, review shop drawings for compliance, and expediting engineering deliverables against scope and schedule. Collaborate remotely with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design issues and ensure adherence to applicable codes and standards.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or a related technical field
- At least 4–5 years of experience in plumbing design
- Proven experience designing and modeling plumbing systems for commercial, industrial, or mission-critical facilities
- Strong knowledge of domestic water, sanitary, vent, and storm drainage systems
- Hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit
- Experience producing coordinated BIM models and construction documentation
- Understanding of applicable plumbing and building codes and standards
- Experience coordinating plumbing systems with other engineering disciplines
- Written and spoken English B1 and higher
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize while meeting project deadlines
- Self-starter, ambitious, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Valid U.S. work visa
