Job Summary
Assist in diagnosing plumbing issues and presenting repair options to customers. Perform plumbing repair tasks including leak detection, tankless water heater installation, water filtration systems, traditional water heaters, plumbing fixtures, drain cleaning, and drain line replacement. Deliver 5-star customer service while maintaining a Friday through Tuesday schedule. Requires a Plumbing Apprentice Card with 1,000+ hours logged, one year of experience, and familiarity with ServiceTitan software.
Required Qualifications
- A Plumbing Apprentice Card
- 1+ years of plumbing experience
- Must be available to work a Friday - Tuesday schedule
- Valid driver's license with no major violations within the last 3 years
- Ability to use an iPad and ServiceTitan software
Desired Qualifications
- Ideally 1,000+ hours logged
- Residential service experience
