Job Summary
Plumbing Apprentice in Midland, TX. No experience required. Join D&D Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning for hands-on training with licensed plumbers, a clear path to your plumbing license, and stable year-round work. You will ride along with experienced plumbers on service calls and installs, learn to diagnose and repair plumbing issues, assist with tools, materials, and job-site setup, and build real hands-on skills daily while learning how to take care of customers the right way. Schedule is Monday–Friday with evenings and weekends free. Ideal candidates are genuinely interested in becoming plumbers, have a strong work ethic and reliability, a positive attitude and teamwork mindset, and are comfortable working with your hands in the field.
