Job Summary
Assist install teams on residential plumbing installations and replacements, loading, unloading, and stocking materials while helping with demo, prep, and cleanup. Learn proper installation techniques, code requirements, and job site standards, maintaining a clean, professional appearance and protecting customer property. Follow all company safety policies and procedures, ensuring every work area is left clean. Must register as a Plumber's Apprentice with the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners upon hire and hold a valid driver's license. This role offers hands-on training from experienced plumbers, a clear path to Journeyman licensure, and year-round residential work in Midland, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Must register as a Plumber's Apprentice with the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners (TSBPE) upon hire
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions
- Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with customers and teammates
- Reliable, on time, and coachable
