Job Summary
Service Engineer needed to attend home and dealer-site service calls, perform field-based assessments, and fix water softeners. Training is provided through an in-house academy. Ideal candidates are qualified domestic plumbers with NVQ Level 2 in plumbing and heating, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Role includes using your own tools with a company vehicle and uniform supplied; opportunities for career progression within a family-oriented culture and ongoing training.
