Job Summary
Conduct service calls in customer homes and dealer premises to perform field-based assessments and fix water softeners. Convey technical concerns to the service manager while delivering outstanding customer service onsite. Receive intensive training in our academy to gain full knowledge of water softener systems. This role offers career progression within a family culture, with your own tools and van provided.
Required Qualifications
- qualified or time served domestic plumber
- NVQ Level 2 in plumbing and heating
- previous plumbing knowledge
- experience of replacing white goods
- excellent customer service skills
- experience servicing Water Softeners
- technically minded
- self-motivated
- strong attention to detail
- excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
- adaptable approach to work
- ability to wok both solo or as part of a team
