Job Summary
Greet clients, engage in conversation to determine needs, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining showroom organization. Assist homeowners and trades with design needs based on architectural plans, create material estimates, and track job opportunities via Design Schedule software. Manage purchase orders to vendors, follow up on open accounts receivable, and ensure correct invoicing by coordinating with accounting. Utilize computer programs including Outlook, Bluebeam, and AutoCad to support project management and maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines and market trends.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be proficient in Math
- Must be proficient in English
- Clean driving record
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must meet insurability qualifications
- Must be able to lift approximately 25 pounds
- Must be able to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and have finger dexterity
- Must be available for additional hours and schedule changes as needed for business purposes
- Must be available for local travel up to 1 hour driving distance
- Must have a clean driving record, per insurance eligibility requirements
