Job Summary
Perform plumbing system and fixture installations, repairs, or replacements according to manufacturer specifications and local building code requirements. Manage jobsite clean-up while prioritizing customer satisfaction. Maintain jurisdictionally appropriate Contractor's or Trade License, General Liability, Worker's Comp, and Business Insurance. Pass criminal background check with no felonies or theft-related misdemeanors and Motor Vehicle Report with no DUI, DWI, or reckless driving in the last three to five years. This 1099 role requires self-employment status and independent contractor compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Jurisdictionally appropriate Contractor's License or Trade License
- General Liability Insurance
- Worker's Comp Insurance
- Business License
- Must be able to pass Criminal Background (back to age of 18)- No felonies and no misdemeanors involving theft or damage to persons or property
- Must pass Motor Vehicle Report (no DUI, DWI, or reckless 3-5 years)
