Plumber role handling drain and sewer work end-to-end with autonomy on calls. Diagnose and clear drain/sewer issues, run snakes, jetters, and sewer cameras, identify root causes, and present clear options. Perform preventative maintenance and light plumbing work including water heaters, minor repairs, and replacements. Keep truck and tools organized, deliver a professional, confidence-building customer experience, and pursue a path toward Senior Tech responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Solid drain experience required (snaking, jetting, cameras)
- Plumbing experience a plus (especially water heaters)
- Strong troubleshooting and decision-making
- Clear, confident communicator with customers
- Physically capable (up to 75 lbs)
- Valid driver’s license, clean record
- Team player who wants to grow, not coast
