Job Summary
Full-time Plumber to perform maintenance repair tasks including waterlines and sewer lines; install faucets, sinks, toilets, urinals, drinking fountains, shower fixtures, garbage disposals, valves, water heaters, and recirculation pumps; respond to emergency plumbing calls; collaborate with team members on pipe and repair needs; knowledge of commercial plumbing systems; complete special projects as assigned by supervisors; on-site work schedule with possible on-call hours; influenza vaccine requirement per infection-control practices.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED
- Minimum of 5 years commercial plumbing experience
- Journeyman Card in Plumbing
- Valid VA Driver’s license with a good driving record
- Ability to learn new skills
- Ability to work well with all types of individuals
