Job Summary
Perform planned preventative maintenance on plumbing systems, undertake tank disinfections and replacements, and conduct mains injections across commercial and domestic environments. Diagnose and resolve reactive maintenance issues, installing and repairing fixtures, pipework, and TMVs while adhering to health and safety regulations. Maintain accurate records and collaborate with teams to ensure client facilities remain safe and compliant. Requires City & Guilds Level 2 in Plumbing, G3 certification, and a full UK driving license. Full-time, 40-hour week with competitive salary, company car, and extensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- City & Guilds Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent)
- G3 Unvented Hot Water Systems certification
- proven experience in commercial plumbing
- routine water hygiene tasks
- Experience with building services, facilities management, or environmental consultancy
- A full UK driving license
