Job Summary
Perform planned preventative maintenance on plumbing systems, undertake tank disinfections and replacements, and conduct mains injections across commercial and domestic environments. Diagnose and resolve reactive maintenance issues by installing, repairing, and maintaining fixtures, pipework, and TMVs while adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with teams to ensure client facilities remain safe and compliant. This full-time role requires a City & Guilds Level 2 in Plumbing, a full UK driving license, and experience in commercial plumbing and water hygiene tasks.
Required Qualifications
- City & Guilds Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent)
- G3 Unvented Hot Water Systems certification
- proven experience in commercial plumbing
- routine water hygiene tasks
- Experience with building services, facilities management, or environmental consultancy
- A full UK driving license
