Plumber Tech

Perform plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance while conducting routine inspections and preventative work. Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues, and assist with general maintenance tasks such as repairs, painting, and landscaping. Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure community standards are met. This role requires lifting 50 lbs, working in various indoor and outdoor environments with temperature fluctuations, and standing, kneeling, or climbing for extended periods while wearing PPE. You must have two plus years of plumbing experience, the ability to work independently and with a team, and a valid Illinois driver's license with a clean record to drive the company vehicle occasionally.
