Job Summary
Deliver preventative and corrective maintenance across plumbing systems and site assets, diagnosing faults and completing repairs to restore functionality. Respond to reactive maintenance requests and breakdowns within required response times, supporting emergency response activities and critical incident management. Complete work orders accurately in CMMS systems and ensure documentation aligns with safety standards and compliance obligations. Collaborate with Facilities Managers, subcontractors, and other trades to minimize operational disruption while participating in night shift handovers and continuous improvement initiatives. This permanent full-time night shift role offers strong wages, yearly increases, on-call allowance, and provided equipment including iPads and PPE.
Required Qualifications
- Trade qualification as a Plumber
- Full working rights in Australia
- Ability to work effectively within a shift-based roster, including nights, weekends, and on-call requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment with competing priorities
- Sound understanding of WHS requirements, plumbing safety standards, and compliance obligations
Desired Qualifications
- Current plumber's licence
- Demonstrated experience maintaining plumbing systems within commercial, industrial, or infrastructure environments
- Experience with preventative and corrective maintenance practices
- Experience using CMMS systems such as Maximo, or similar work order management platforms
- Experience in aviation, transport, or critical infrastructure environments
- ASIC Clearance
