Job Summary
Install, repair, and maintain commercial/industrial plumbing systems including underground DWV, water piping, fixtures, and commercial appliances. Review blueprints and building codes to determine work details, measure/cut/bend pipe, install and test pipe assemblies, lay out wall penetrations and underground piping, and connect fixtures. Inspect systems for safety and code compliance; troubleshoot and resolve issues. Handle customer queries and document work in reports. Requires reading blueprints, strong troubleshooting, good communication, and a valid driver’s license; OSHA 10 preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Plumber, commercial or industrial preferred
- Trade school diploma or completed apprenticeship
- Working knowledge of water supply, heating, and ventilation systems
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and using plumbing tools
- Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
- Good listening and communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills and patience
- Physical dexterity
- Valid Drivers License
- OSHA 10 preferred
