Job Summary
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and industrial plumbing systems, including piping, water lines, compressed air lines, and process piping. Service equipment such as water heaters, hot water systems, backflow devices, and fixtures while reading blueprints and technical specifications. Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime, conduct site surveys, estimate labor and material needs, and complete service reports and timesheets. Participate in safety training and on-call rotation as needed. Join a stable full-time 2nd shift team focused on craftsmanship and safety.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Completion of a Plumbing Apprenticeship Program
- State or local Journeyman Plumber License
- Minimum of five years of verifiable commercial or industrial plumbing experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and piping installations
- Ability to read blueprints, piping diagrams, and technical manuals
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing a wide variety of plumbing systems
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Basic math skills and the ability to accurately estimate materials and labor
