Job Summary
Supervise assigned staff during vacant apartment turnovers and troubleshoot maintenance service requests for plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and pool systems. Perform daily inspections of buildings and grounds to ensure cleanliness and safety, while identifying leaks, blockages, and broken fixtures for repair or replacement. Provide exceptional customer service to residents, vendors, and team members to maintain positive rapport. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and report directly to the Community Director.
Required Qualifications
- Three (3) to five (5) years' experience in property/facilities maintenance
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Requires strong oral and written communication skills
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- High School Diploma or equivalent Required
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, dry walling, appliances, and carpentry
- Experience with general swimming pool and hot tub operations
