Job Summary
Plumbing Supervisor / QC role overseeing residential new construction plumbing operations in the Augusta area. Manages field crews, ensures work adheres to company standards and code requirements, maintains quality and safety, coordinates daily assignments with office and field leadership, and drives timely project completion. Responsibilities include supervising multiple job sites, conducting routine QC inspections (underground, rough-in, final/trim), ensuring compliance with local plumbing codes, mentoring plumbers and helpers, enforcing safety policies, and maintaining clear communication with field crews, office staff, and builders. Requires field leadership, hands-on supervision, accountability, and ability to keep projects on schedule; strong knowledge of plumbing systems and codes; ability to read blueprints; willingness to lead quality control efforts and coordinate with scheduling and warranty teams.
Required Qualifications
- Previous plumbing supervisory experience required
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, installation methods, and construction phases
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans
- Experience performing or overseeing quality control inspections
- Knowledge of local plumbing codes and inspection processes
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license required
