Job Summary
Maintain and repair campus plumbing systems and fixtures, including toilets, sinks, showers, and underground irrigation lines. Diagnose plumbing issues and complete repairs in a timely manner, while also assisting with boiler and mechanical system maintenance. Order supplies as needed and ensure all work adheres to safety standards and applicable codes. Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe. Perform these duties Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. A licensed plumber with five years of experience and a valid driver's license is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of plumbing experience preferred
- General knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, and installation methods
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Desired Qualifications
- Licensed Plumber preferred
- Vocational/Technical (VoTech) training with a major in Plumbing preferred
- Knowledge of swimming pool operations or Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification is a plus
