Plumber IV

Own test instrument calibration and control, including gauges, manometers, and press tools. Develop and maintain kitting standards for common tasks like heater/pump service kits and valve rebuilds. Perform advanced parts identification and maintain cross-brand equivalency lists. Run water quality and disinfection support by collecting samples and managing dosage logs. Build diagnostic evidence packets with pressure charts and flow logs for CMMS records. Manage shop equipment readiness and coordinate preventive maintenance. Create visual work instructions to train S1–S3 staff on isolation and test sequences. Audit parts crib accuracy and correct bin count discrepancies. Support complex jobs by staging fixtures and special tools in sequence. Requires 6+ years of experience.
