Job Summary
Supervise foremen and crews on large construction job sites, executing specific project areas safely, within budget, and on schedule. Lead job planning, estimate worker-hours, and coordinate activities with other trades while interpreting blueprints and VDC/BIM models. Perform testing, inspecting, and recording to ensure compliance with local and national code standards. Manage skilled craft workers, train apprentices, and implement lockout/tag-out procedures. Process labor invoices and assist in recruitment. Requires 6+ years of experience, prior leadership, and valid driver's license. Salary increases with licensing.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience managing crews on large construction jobsites
- Minimum age of 18+
- Prior leadership experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of multiple plumbing systems and material applications
- Minimum of 6 years' experience
- Be able to communicate in English both verbally and written
- Valid drive license for occasional driving of company trucks
- Ability to problems solve, and draw conclusions
- General knowledge of construction principles/processes
- Proven commitment to Safety and building relationships team
- Experience managing Field Staff
- Knowledge of proper use of equipment, materials and supplies used on construction projects
- Previous experience on construction projects
- Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule
- Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency
- Proof of Identity and Employment Authorization
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working on large construction job sites specifically with strong background in self-perform work including wall forms, columns, grade beams and concrete work
