Job Summary
Conduct facility operations management, maintenance, and repairs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems across government, commercial, and residential environments. Perform service calls and manage systems including steam, boilers, UPS, generators, and fire control. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and electronic test equipment while adhering to OSHA safety compliance and company procedures. Maintain a clean driving record and pass background checks and drug screens to work on secured federal sites. Requires four years of plumbing experience, Journey or Master license, and Backflow license preference. Full-time role with on-call rotation for after hours and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Four (4) years+ plumbing relatable experience in residential, commercial and government environments
- Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and on-going random checks
- Pass pre-employment background check & ability to work on secured federal sites
- High standard of professionalism, work ethics and integrity
- Strong work knowledge of job safety and ability to complete safety compliance requirements
- Excellent customer service, ability to explain situations and work satisfactorily with customers and co-workers
- Motivated, willingness to learn and grow knowledge base, both professionally and technologically
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Must follow company guidelines and procedures
Desired Qualifications
- Journey or Master licenses is highly preferred
- Backflow license highly preferred
- Experience working with basic hand tools, power tools and electronic test equipment
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred
