Job Summary
Field Supervisor coordinates and manages field operations for plumbing/construction projects, supervising a team of technicians and installers, scheduling labor, overseeing projects from initiation to completion, managing materials and safety compliance (OSHA), providing client updates, and reporting on project progress, costs, and team performance. Requires Journeyman certification and 3+ years supervisory experience; preferred education in Construction Management or Business Administration; strong leadership, budgeting, and PM tool skills; based in San Diego, CA with full-time field/office duties; includes company vehicle, benefits, and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Journeyman certification required
- Additional education in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience
- Prior experience in plumbing or construction preferred
- Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards
- Proficiency in project management tools and systems
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong budgeting and cost-control abilities
