Job Summary
Maintain and repair broken pipes, clogged drains, and underground sanitary systems while installing water supply piping and fixtures. Cut, transport, and assemble pipes using hand tools, mount hangers, and fill pipes with resin to prevent distortion. Immerse pipes in chemical solutions to remove oil and scale, ensuring all work meets building codes and safety standards. Liaise with contractors to coordinate effective plumbing systems. This hands-on role requires significant travel up to 100% of the time, including driving and air travel, for projects lasting two weeks or longer. Physical demands include lifting heavy objects, working in extreme temperatures, and using ladders. OSHA 10 certification required within 30 days of hire.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- 1+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Able to read technical designs and blueprints
- Proficient with plumbing tools, materials, and equipment
- Expert knowledge in piping and ventilation systems
- Valid driver licenses required
- OSHA 10, if not certified must be completed within 30 days of hire date
- Ability to get the proper equipment or company vehicles to and from job sites
- Ability to work independently on a job site
- Ability to use good judgement and problem-solving skills while striving to work safely
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to always demonstrate a respectful and professional demeanor
- Good interpersonal communication skills and the ability to read, speak and write
- Must maintain safety procedures at all times to avoid injury

Desired Qualifications
