Job Summary
Deliver superior customer service and complete all diagnostics and repair work to company standards for plumbing and drain protection plan customers, as well as chargeable service requests and electric water heater repairs. Ensure all tools and equipment remain in safe working order, maintain a clean and stocked vehicle for daily calls, and operate necessary machinery with minimal supervision. Accountable for working safely at all times while meeting the collective agreement rate of $41.89 per hour. Requires a valid Ontario driver's license, a Certified licensed Plumber or Active Apprentice, and the ability to work rotational shifts involving heavy lifting.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driving license with clean driver's abstract
- Certified licensed Plumber in the province of Ontario or Active Plumbing Apprentice
- Excellent communication skills to deal with customers, both written and verbal
- Ability to work shifts
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting
- Good mechanical aptitude, able to operate all necessary tools and equipment
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Results oriented mindset
- Commitment to the delivery of customer focused service
