Job Summary
Trade-qualified Plumber to support the delivery of plumbing maintenance, repairs, and fault finding across a national portfolio of commercial sites for a major integrated facilities management contract. Responsibilities include responding to leaks, blocked drains, and hot water faults; conducting routine inspections and preventative maintenance; liaising with residents, staff, and contractors in occupied spaces; maintaining thorough work records; and ensuring compliance with Australian standards and safety requirements. Requires a NSW plumbing licence/contractor licence, Certificate III in Plumbing, proven plumbing experience, knowledge of codes and safety standards, ability to work independently, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and willingness to undergo pre-employment checks including police and Working with Children’s Check.
Required Qualifications
- Current Plumbing Licence / Contractor Licence (Plumbing) issued by NSW Fair Trading
- Trade qualification: Certificate III in Plumbing (CPC32420 or equivalent)
- Proven experience in plumbing maintenance, repairs, and fault finding
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, safety standards, and compliance requirements
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple jobs
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance and ability to communicate effectively
- Prepared to undertake necessary pre-employment checks including National Police Check and medical
- Working with Children’s Check - mandatory
